My mum cried when she received this gift. Hearing those words from me was something she had never expected, especially as a gift on my own birthday, the same day she became a mother for the first time. Watching the film brought her back to a moment of us from more than twenty years ago, when I was still a child. The memories from those early years felt as if they were quietly returning, one by one.
