Q. Do I really only need one photo?

Yes! One photo is all you need to create a meaningful film gift. We build the entire piece thoughtfully around a single image, so that one moment can be felt again and again.

Q. What if my photo is old or not very clear?

That’s perfectly fine! Old photos, scanned prints, screenshots, or pictures taken on your phone all work beautifully. What matters isn’t perfection - it’s the emotion behind the memory.

Q. How long does it take to create my film gift? Is delivery guaranteed?

We aim to deliver your custom film gift within 2 business days. Each piece is made intentionally and by hand - sitting with your image, shaping motion, and crafting a rhythm that reflects the feeling you want to share.

If we need a bit more time to thoughtfully handle a complex photo, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to keep you in the loop.

Q. Why does it take up to 2 days for just one photo?

Because this isn’t automated animation - it’s a personal craft.
We take time to understand your image, bring out its presence, and let the moment breathe with intention.

Q. What happens during production?

During the creation of your film gift, we will:
- Spend time understanding and sitting with your photo
- Gently craft meaningful motion and pacing
- Select appropriate music that reflects mood and emotion
- Review the film carefully before delivery

Q. What if I haven’t received my film gift yet?

First, please check your spam or promotions folder - delivery emails sometimes land there.
If you still can’t find it, email us at cs@giftforlovedone.com and we’ll help you right away.

Q. How will I receive my film?

Once your film gift is ready, we’ll send you:
- A private viewing link
- A download option to keep and share

You can enjoy your film anytime - on your own or with loved ones.

Q. What if the final film doesn’t feel right to me?

We get it - this is personal.
If you feel something needs adjusting, we’ll refine your film with care. Just contact our support team and we’ll make it right.
